“I am the one living, experiencing. I choose my own being.” Friedrich Nietzsche
It is my belief that health is a balance of many things combined. When there is an imbalance we often need help to restore a healthy lifestyle. I use my knowledge of psychotherapy and life experiences to assist my clients in becoming the best they can be. I take an eclectic approach to mental health assisting my clients in finding the best in themselves and enhancing their creative abilities to better understand their emotions and behaviors so each individual can take control of their life and lead the way to accomplish their goals and dreams.
I work with adults, couples and families using a combination of approaches including EMDR, CBT, Existential and Client-Centered psychotherapies in order to alleviate the pain and suffering caused by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other disorders that interrupt the process of a productive lifestyle. I am training in Psychedelic Integration and Harm Reduction Therapy.
